About the Role:
This position is responsible for maintaining accuracy of Ecodes, barcodes, and inventory systems.
The role will work closely with the Asset team and Operations to prioritize tasks, ensuring outgoing orders are organized while assisting in maintaining organization of materials and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accuracy of Ecodes, barcodes, and inventory systems
- Assist Operations and Shop staff with processing cycle counts
- Inspect returned equipment for damage or wear, document issues, and ensure repairs are processed in a timely manner
- Investigate cases of missing equipment, track rental history, and work with clients to recover lost items
- Maintain detailed records of missing and damaged equipment, including photographs and repair estimates
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of technical principles regarding operation and maintenance of Inventory
- Able to learn PRG proprietary software; experience using Inventory Management Software (IMS) helpful
- Familiarity with live event equipment and gear a plus
- Fluency in English required
- Proficient in full Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Strong organizational skills, sense of priority, tact, professionalism, and ability to work with minimal supervision

Work Environment:
This role may expose you to follow spots and moving lights, loud noises, fumes, or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
May be required to operate motor vehicles and load/unload trucks.
Travel required.
