Job Summary
We are seeking 2 dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately packing products for shipment, ensuring that all items are prepared for delivery in accordance with company standards. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency, quality control, and teamwork to meet the demands of our distribution center.
Duties
- Accurately pack products according to specifications and ensure proper labeling for shipping.
- Perform order picking and fulfillment tasks to prepare items for dispatch.
- Load and unload products from pallets and containers, ensuring safe handling practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Skills
- Experience in order picking and order fulfillment processes is preferred.
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting as required by the role.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures within a distribution center environment is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling products.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is advantageous.
