Job Overview:
We are seeking 2 skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team -- one dayshift and one night shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of forklifts and will play a key role in the efficient operation of our warehouse.
Duties:
- Operate forklifts that are 8000 and 11,000 pounds to move materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments
- Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed
- Conduct basic equipment repairs and maintenance
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks when required
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse setting
- Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment repairs
- Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse management or supervision is advantageous
Physical :
Sitting on Forklift for extended periods of time
Lifting up to 50 lbs
Use basic tools such as wrenches, pliers, calipers etc...
