Working as a Customer Service Representative:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center experience (strong asset)
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable internet speed and broadband connection
- A secure area in the home to work from
- The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
- The ability to sit for long periods of time
- The ability to work on-campus 2 times a week.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns.
- Utilize communication skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in adherence to retail standards.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,503.00 - $1,561.00 per week
