Productive Living Systems, Inc. (PLS) has immediate openings for Program Manager Trainees. Paid training is provided, with the opportunity for professional growth in our growing company. PLS provides residential services for ambulatory adults who have a diagnosis of an intellectual disability or mental illness that require minimal personal cares. Primary Duties for Program Manager Trainee:
- Flexible hours on 1st and 2nd shifts including every other weekend availability
- Member of the Crisis Management Team with periodic oncall responsibilities
- Clients come first. You have an opportunity to continuously make a difference in clients to reach their full potential
- Oversee the daily operations of residential program for adults with mental illness or intellectual disabilities
- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Development and implementation of support plans
- Meet or exceed all regulatory requirements as well as PLS standards, practices, policies, and procedures
- Learn how to lead a team: Develop, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver the best for our clients

Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekend shifts, holidays, and required periodic crisis rotations
- 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of management experience in Assisted Living
- Passion for making a difference in people’s lives
- Capacity to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization and to influence positive outcomes
- Computer skills and proficiency
- Four years of Human Services/Vocational Rehabilitation course work or related experience (Desired)
- Successful completion of preemployment physical, TB test, caregiver background check, and applicable training
- Ideal candidate is motivated, organized, caring, and enjoys a variety of job duties while helping others be successful
