As a key member of our engineering team, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the control and improvement of product quality through various engineering assignments. This role plays a critical part in collaborating with design and process engineering, manufacturing, sales, customer service, and purchasing teams to resolve issues related to customer complaints, product design, specifications, materials, tooling, and production operations affecting product quality.

Duties:
- Apply strong knowledge of quality systems to ensure internal, customer, and ISO 9001 requirements are met. Continuously improve the systems to meet annual business goals and quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and maintain quality control plans that incorporate statistical control and analyze results and trends.
- Maintain and improve the quality program to ensure conformity of purchased materials and components, while collaborating with external suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Ability to write technical reports and business correspondence.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced skills in mathematics and statistics.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in industry-standard software.
