Job Responsibilities include assisting HR Director with the following:
· New Employee Orientation
· Weekly payroll and preparation of all documentation for that process
· Setup of new employee information into payroll system
· Benefits enrollments for new employees
· Ensure I-9/E-Verify records are current
· Maintenance of time clock information for payroll
· Processing of terminations
· Post job openings as needed
· Various research projects and/or special projects
· Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR Director
· Assists with the recruitment and interview process
· Keeps employee files up to date
· Prepares new employee files
· Assists HR Director with planning employee activities, and posts pertinent information regarding sign-ups and events
Requirements
· High school graduate or equivalent
· Bi-Lingual, English and Spanish
· Prior HR/Administrative experience to include thorough knowledge of Human Resources concepts
· Excellent administrative support skills and organizational skills
· Thorough knowledge of MS Word and Excel
