Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and build strong relationships with existing and prospective CNC machine tool customers
- Understand customer businesses and needs to propose tailored manufacturing solutions
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by developing and closing new opportunities
- Partner with Applications Engineering for technical support and demonstrations
- Present solutions that align with customer goals and requirements
- Manage critical projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product lines and competitor offerings
- Keep CRM systems up to date with contacts, accounts, activities, forecasts, and quotes
- Experience: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Fabrication machine tools, with prior experience in manufacturing environments
- Communication Skills: Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent listening, questioning, and writing skills
- Problem-Solving: Creative thinker able to explain complex concepts in a clear, relatable way
- Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of managing time effectively
- Collaboration: Team player who works well with others and contributes to group success
- Adaptability: Resilient, quick improviser able to handle unforeseen obstacles with professionalism
- Travel: Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with travel within Colorado, which is largely self-directed

- Compensation: Salary/draw transitioning to commission, starting at $70,000–$80,000/year, with potential earnings of $90,000–$150,000 /year
