Gather customer tooling information at customer manufacturing locations. This may involve reviewing data in Excel or physically identifying tooling items. Upload or enter customer tooling information in master Excel spreadsheet.
Ensure customer tooling items align with our current vendors. If necessary, work with inside support team to locate alternative items for the customer, checking pricing and delivery per customer requirements.
Work as part of the installation team to install tool crib inventory software and hardware. Load tooling inventory data into software and troubleshoot errors.
Organize tooling items, load items into vending equipment, take a complete tool crib inventory, and correct any discrepancies.
Perform software maintenance and upgrades. Assist all existing customers with software and hardware support as needed. Train customers on the software.
Throughout installation, update the customer on installation status, field questions and address concerns in a professional manner.
Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position.
