Sales Representative – Metalworking Cutting Oils & Coolants

Responsibilities
- Call on existing accounts to sell metalworking lubricants - cutting oils, coolants, and other related products.
- Identify and establish new customers via prospecting, lead generation & follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, machine shops, and industrial customers.
- Provide production information and education. Prepare and conduct sales presentations.
- Write and follow up on quotes and close sales
- Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Knowledge of metalworking fluids, machining processes, or cutting tools is a strong plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Minnesota-based, with a willingness to travel to customers in all locations - Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, and Utah
- Valid driver’s license. Clean driving record

- Commissioned role - $60,000 - $100,000/year depending on qualifications and effort
