About The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility.
What You’ll Do
- Accurately receive, label, and store incoming inventory for online orders.
- Track product movement across storage locations and fulfillment zones.
- Perform routine cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in stock levels.
- Keep inventory records up to date in our e-commerce and warehouse systems (e.g., Shopify or similar).
- Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and purchasing teams to ensure accurate stock availability.
- Monitor low-stock alerts and flag reorder needs.
- Organize inventory for quick picking and efficient packing.
- Assist with returns processing and restocking as needed.
- Help prepare for high-volume sales events (e.g., product launches, promotions, and holidays).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or relevant certification a plus).
- 1 year experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock control preferred.
- Comfort with digital inventory tools—bonus if you've used Shopify or WMS platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a "get it done" attitude.
