Job Title : Full Stack Developer
Location: New Berlin, WI 4 days per week
Duration: 6 months
As a Developer, you will be responsible for documenting, maintaining, developing and supporting applications and data to support ongoing business activities and new initiatives; in addition to acting as a liaisonbetween the technical and business units in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
As a Full Stack Developer, you ll:
- Build, maintain, and support applications with a focus on React and front-end development.
- Work with modern tools and technologies, including React (JavaScript), TypeScript, and component libraries like Material UI.
- Collaborate with backend systems using Serverless architecture (AWS Lambda) and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Contribute to a dynamic Agile team to deliver impactful solutions for our business and clients.
- Use CI/CD tools like CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and Docker to streamline development and deployment.
- Play a critical role in bridging technical and business needs by providing innovative solutions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 4 years of hands-on development experience, with a focus on React and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure (Lambda, CloudFormation, EC2, RDS) is a big plus!
- Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus points for experience with UI/UX principles and database design!
