Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow HRSD
• Work closely with HR, IT, and key stakeholders to drive process improvements and automation.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, create BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow team to configure HRSD modules, workflows, and case management.
• Ensure smooth integration knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD with Workday and SAP (if applicable)
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to align business needs with technology solutions, hence good communication.
