Job Description :
- Experience : Must have 15 years of U.S.A work experience.
- Communication : Must have great communication skills to interact with leaders.
- Environment : Agile / Scrum / 2-week sprints; Daily Video conference meetings
- Will work with software development team within Southwest Airlines to develop a web-based application hosted in AWS.
- Someone who can build an application independently / has stood-up applications on their own
- Focus on React with ability to mentor developers on front-end technology
- Possess design skills with working with features, truly understands the code and how to make it work smoother and more usable.
- AWS Cloud skillset is a “nice to have” but need the candidate to have the skillset to interact with backend services to manage and display the data in the UI.
- Can give insight to team on how to better utilize the code.
- Team culture / personality fit
- Strong communication skills
