- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations to drive sales.
- Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and business development.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals confidently.
- A proactive approach to business development with a strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
