Due to the high demand for our products, we are now conducting interviews for a proven Direct In-Home Sales Manager who can take our Rochester, NY Sales Division to the next level.
REQUIRED: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT IN-HOME SALES/ OUTSIDE SALES MANAGEMENT.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, train and retain direct sales team members
- Manage, mentor and motivate current and new sales team members
- Foster effective team communication through individual and team meetings
- Perform ride-along with sales representatives to provide coaching and feedback on sales performance
- Train sales team in systems and processes regarding sales contracts and customer service
- Communicate and collaborate with regional manager
- Educate and guide the sales team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
