SUPERVISOR’S TITLE : Director of Information Technology
General Summary : As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between business teams and technical teams translating goals into actionable plans. Your focus is on improving processes, configuring systems, and delivering value that boosts the company’s bottom line. This role involves collaborating, problem-solving, and staying a step ahead of what the organization needs next.

- Partners with stakeholders (finance, sales, transportation, and more) to understand project goals
- Facilitates workshops or one-on-ones to elicit requirements and capture user stories.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 10-15 lbs. Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Working Conditions : Standard office setting. In-office.

This position is expected to pay between $90K – 110K annualized depending on applicable experience and location. Factors that may be used to determine actual salary include education (or applicable experience), training, job location, competencies relevant to the role, and internal equity.
