Position: SMT Machine Operator

Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs work related to the operating, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of equipment systems.
- Program, setup, adjust machine, feeder loading and changing.
- Understand the sequence of events.
- Perform manual component placement and inspection.
- Monitor machines and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
- Performing quality inspections at each stage to ensure product is built per customer specifications and industry standards.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
- Standard operating procedures, safety and personal protection equipment.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
Requirement and Skills
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience operating equipment.
- College degree in related field.
- Expected to read and comprehend process documentation including bills of materials and assembly drawings.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
