QA clerk is responsible for ensuring services provided are documented to meet the established standards set by ProFamily and comply with state requirements, expectations, and safety standards. Position provides support to administrative team and field staff in regard to quality. Position is also responsible for record review, including preparation of documentation reports and compliance tracking. General office duties associated with project management, operations support, internal controls, and maintaining a vibrant, efficient working environment. Position is a full-time, hourly position and reports to the COO.
Quality Assurance Specialist Job Duties
- Ensures that all drug scree notes have been read and reviewed by the 4th day of the month
- Monitors lab portals for drug screen results
- Reviews and uploads any drug screen results and other case notes as requested
- Issues alerts with constructive feedback when documentation does not meet the quality standards established by ProFamily
- Monitors and reports (to COO) any safety issues observed within documentation
- Complies with and prepares for audit/inspections
- Abides by all ProFamily policies and procedures
- Attends and participates in staff meetings, training focus group, and PQI as requested
- Maintains regular communication with admin team
- Any other duties as assigned
