Associate Landscape Architect
Direct Hire; $65,000 - $85,000 bonus (Depending on experience)

Fully On-Site (Not hybrid or remote)
Duties :
- Collaborate with Project Landscape Architects to support projects from initial concept through final completion.
- Work alongside Landscape Architects to design a variety of exterior features for luxury properties, including site plans, streetscapes, plazas, parks, amenity courtyards, and roof decks
- Select materials, specify site furnishings, and play a key role in construction administration
- Assist Landscape Architects with the selection of finishes and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
- Travel as needed to perform construction administration tasks
