JOB TYPE : Part-time; Estimation of 25 hours per week.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES :
- Review invoices, accurately code to g / l accounts and enter in system
- Reviews billing statement, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements with records.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain outstanding invoices and ensuring that they are authorized and paid in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :
JOB REQUIREMENTS : Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY : $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
