Duties & Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with client receiving ABA therapy
- Provide services in clinic, home or community
- Implementation of behavior acquisition programs
- Implementation of behavior reduction protocol
- Collect data for ABA programming
- Completes daily notes at the end of all sessions
- Communicating with caregiver and other supports
- supervisee of RBT/students in programs
- Will attend supervision meetings
- Weekly team meetings
- Assist with program development
- Complete detailed progress notes for each and every visit to be submitted with billing weekly
Qualifications
- BCBA/BCaBA certification completed
- Currently be a Medicaid provider
- Previous experience with children with developmental disabilities
- Experience in teaching, tutoring and/or applied behavior analysis
- Outgoing and high energy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to multitask
- Be a team player
- Self-motivated'
- Supervision requirements completed (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
