The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple ongoing projects including but not
limited to new vendor relationships, new organizational initiatives and deploying various process
improvement protocols throughout multiple departmental teams. The person in this role will be
responsible for ensuring these projects stay on the expected deliverable dates while keeping the COO
apprised when timetables begin to slide.
Responsible for:
- Reporting project activity on a weekly basis to the COO.
- Direct project communication activities including:
o Planning and facilitating project meetings/working sessions
o Scheduling meetings with all required participants
o Formulating information into project objectives
o Ensuring assignments to keep project work on schedule
o Identifying process improvements
o Updating project management software
- Vendor management
- Managing unanticipated problems/issues that occur during the project life cycle
- Compiling/assessing project metrics
- Development of project plans
- Quality assurance activities
- Development of implementation strategies to include training roll out through the
organization
- Communicate status updates, and project milestones to executive leadership and other key
stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant years of experience in Project
Management
- 3 years in Third Party Benefit Administration experience
- Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner
so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
- Proven success in project management using specific project management software
- Result oriented with a strong customer focus and detail.
- Proven leadership and accountability skills.
- Strong skills in the following areas:
o business knowledge/understanding
o presentation/communication
o organizational skills to allow for multiple projects to run simultaneously
o facilitation
o team building
o the ability to create accountability around deadlines
- Ability to work and interface with various levels of organization.
- Understanding of business and IT resources
Benefits and Compensation:
- PBA offers a wide range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D,

- The range for this role is $85,000-$100,000 per year
