Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window/Door Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of windows and doors in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with experience in glass installation, frame carpentry, and remodeling. You will work closely with clients to ensure that installations meet their specifications and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors according to project specifications and blueprints.
• Perform glass installation, ensuring proper sealing and alignment.
• Conduct frame carpentry tasks to prepare openings for window and door installations.
• Read schematics and blueprints to accurately assess installation requirements.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while maintaining safety protocols on the construction site.
• Execute heavy lifting tasks as needed during the installation process.
• Apply caulking and construction painting as required to finish installations professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in window/door installation or related construction fields.
• Strong skills in glass installation, frame carpentry, and remodeling techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Pay: From $200.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work
