Position Overview: Professional Building Maintenance is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual to join our team in downtown Akron, Ohio. This individual will have a diverse set of responsibilities which will support an Account Management team that oversees 35 employees dispersed among an eight building medical campus. Duties will include carpet and upholstery cleaning, hard surface floor care (refinishing, top scrubbing, buffing), utilizing battery operated walk behind equipment, and to a lesser extent general janitorial duties when required.
This is a 2nd shift (40 hour per week Monday - Friday) position beginning after 5:00 pm each evening. It will have a pay range of $20-$25 per hour (dependent on experience) and include paid Holidays, paid vacation, and benefits package (Medical, Vision, Dental, & Life). Overtime hours (and resulting wages) may be available. A part-time position is also available!

The successful candidate will have prior floor care and cleaning experience, reliable transportation, and MUST pass a criminal background & drug screen, obtain a TB Test, and an annual flu vaccine!
