We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. You will utilize various tools and techniques to ensure that properties are cleaned and restored to their original condition. Responsibilities
- Perform water damage restoration services including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Conduct fire restoration tasks such as smoke removal and soot cleaning.
- Execute mold remediation processes to ensure safe environments for clients.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various restoration tasks.
- Clean carpets and upholstery as part of the restoration process.
- Assist in asbestos abatement when necessary, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the restoration process.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process and any necessary follow-up actions.
- Document work performed and report any additional issues encountered during the restoration.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of mold remediation techniques and safety practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with water damage restoration processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with restoration work.
- Hang drywall, finish drywall, and paint.
- A valid driver's license may be required based on job assignments.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
