(PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for Part-Time Night Site-Supervisor for Commercial Custodial Business position in Bettendorf, Iowa.
Job Skills/Requirements: Must have previous Leadership experience.
Position Details:
Site-Supervisor Part-time Night
Start Time: 8:00 PM
Hours: 4 hours per Night (with additional hours when needed)
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Compensation: $16.00 per hour (with advancement up to $19.00)

Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in cleaning tasks to maintain high standards.
- Train and mentor new employees on cleaning procedures and company policies.
- Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure efficiently all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work and address any deficiencies.
- Monitor supply levels and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and products.
- Communicate with team members and management regarding site needs and issues.
- Address and resolve any on-site challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and cleaning protocols.
Qualifications:
- Must have prior Leadership or Supervisory experience.
- Experience in Commercial Cleaning or Janitorial Services is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check(s).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must not have any Criminal or Felony History
Benefits:
Starting pay at $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement up to $19.00 per hour.
