(PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for Part-Time Supervisor for Commercial Custodial Business in the Quad Cities Area position in the Quad Cities, IA & IL. Traveling to BOTH IA & IL job sites.
Must have previous Supervisor experience.
- Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Employer will do a background check.
- EOE
- Position M-F with possible weekends.
- Starting Time 4:30 pm. Up to 5 hours
- Each Night & Location varies
- Up to 25 hours per week.
- $15.00 per hour
- To be determined: Monthly Fuel allotment based on area and number of accounts assigned to Supervisor.

Job Skills/Requirements
Duties:
- Supervises multiple cleaning crews at different locations.
- Lead Effectively & Efficiently.
- Maintain Budget & Building Criteria.
- Team Oriented w/ Area Supervisors, Operations Manager, Customer Concierge & other key Team Members.
- Enforce Policies, Conduct, and Disciplinary Actions.
- Inspections
- Equipment & Supply Maintenance
- Document Reports
