(PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for Part-Time Night Supervisor for Commercial Custodial Business in the Quad Cities Area position in the Quad Cities, Illinois. Traveling to IL job sites.
Job Skills/Requirements: Must have previous Supervisor experience.
Position Details:
Start Time: 4:30 PM
Hours: 5-6 hours per day
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Duties:
- Supervises multiple cleaning crews at different locations.
- Lead Effectively & Efficiently.
- Maintain Budget & Building Criteria.
- Team Oriented
- Enforce Policies, Conduct, and Disciplinary Actions.
- Inspections
- Equipment & Supply Maintenance
- Document Reports
- Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Employer will do a background check.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must not have any Criminal or Felony History
