What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpet/Floor Technicians position at Professional Building Services?
Job description
We are looking for an individual with experience cleaning carpets and refinishing tiles in commercial office buildings. Prefer to have experience using a truck mount and portable carpet cleaning unit. Floor Technician should have experience striping and refinishing tiles and scrubbing grout. We are willing to train on our procedures and equipment.
Responsibilities may include:
Use cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaning equipment, floor cleaners and scrubbers.
Qualifications
- Must have reliable source of transportation to and from work
- Must have clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to fluently speak and read English
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must comply with clients’ rules for immunizations
- Experience preferred. Willingness to learn new tasks as required by clients
- Must be available to work Monday thru Friday after 5pm
