The Elite Seats Sales and Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating Elite Seats experiences and activations across the PBR portfolio. Elite Seats is the VIP seat offering sold for PBR events. This position requires the incoming candidate to be at PBR events throughout the country on weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must be willing to travel extensively on weekends and holidays
- Coordinate and manage Elite Seats program across PBR tours
- Communicate and work with venue contacts to coordinate VIP experience and hospitality
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and order VIP gifts
- Work across several departments for execution of Elite Seats program
- Provide customer service support as necessary
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain records timely and accurately.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
Education & Formal Training:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience - preferred.
Experience:
- 1 or more years of experience
Working Conditions:
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Normal office hours Monday-Friday
- Position will require extensive travel – nearly 75%
- Ability to climb stairs, lift forty (40) pounds
- Ability to remain in a standing posture for at least four hours
