PBR is seeking a Social Media Content Producer to elevate our social-native content strategy and bring the excitement of PBR from the arena to fans’ screens. In this role, you will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute engaging, platform-specific content from conception to production, including video capture, editing, and user-generated content (UGC) curation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Produce unique, social-first content across PBR’s digital media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
- Plan and ideate monthly content calendars in collaboration with the social and digital teams.
- Conceptualize, create, and execute original social content for campaigns, brand activations, and organic engagement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
- Film and edit high-quality static and video content for relevant social platforms, ensuring proper formatting and delivery.
- Capitalize on trending topics, key events, and real-time moments, creating engaging content that resonates with audiences.
- Pitch and develop new content ideas, staying ahead of trends and emerging platforms.
- Provide live event coverage and real-time content, capturing key moments and engaging with fans.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and travel for event coverage as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Ability to edit and produce high-quality videos optimized for various social platforms.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content best practices.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to take initiative and think outside the box.
- Strong collaborative mindset, open to creative feedback and teamwork.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
Education & Formal Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field– preferred.
Experience:
- Two to three years of experience in social media content production, videography, and digital storytelling.
- Strong experience in social photography and videography, with a keen eye for compelling visuals.
Working Conditions:
- Normal office hours Monday-Friday.
- Non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, and travel as required.
- Must be able work out of the PBR Fort Worth Office.
