PBR is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to enhance our social storytelling, community engagement, and earned media marketing efforts across various digital platforms. This role will collaborate closely with the social, digital, and content teams to develop and execute innovative platform strategies and content creation initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create, produce, and program engaging content across PBR and subsidiary brand accounts, driving audience growth, ticket marketing, and tune-in messaging on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
- Grow and engage PBR’s digital community, helping to cultivate the next generation of fans.
- Cover PBR events live, both on-site and remotely, capturing content, clipping broadcasts, and posting in real time.
- Maintain and uphold PBR’s brand voice and tone, effectively representing our athletes and engaging with target audiences.
- Monitor industry trends, pop culture, and current events to integrate PBR’s brand into relevant online conversations.
- Assist in content ideation, planning, execution, and reporting in collaboration with the broader social and digital team.
- Manage social media programming, maintaining expertise in platform-specific best practices.
- Assist in maintaining the social content calendar and programming grid to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Provide social media insights and support to other PBR business units, including sponsorship, ticket marketing, TV production, and finance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and mobile-native editing apps.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively, with strong instincts for engaging content.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, with an eye for selecting compelling imagery and creating graphics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and be on-call as needed.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to travel to cover PBR events as needed.
Education & Formal Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Journalism – preferred.
Experience:
- One plus year of experience in social media and/or content creation.
- Experience in professional or collegiate sports, leagues, or federations - preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Normal office hours Monday-Friday.
- Non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, and travel as required.
- Must be able work out of the PBR Fort Worth Office.
