General Laborer

Overview:

A well-established company in Parachute is looking for a General Laborer. Applicants must be able to get to the company yard in Rifle on time daily. From the yard, you will ride in a company vehicle to and from job sites. This will be paid drive time. The ideal candidate will posses the ability to work with a team and have ongoing motivation throughout the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assist with site preparation, excavation, and clean-up to ensure a safe and organized work environment
• Follow directions from site managers and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
• Support drilling and stabilization operations under the supervision of skilled technicians
• Perform scaling and debris removal to help mitigate rockfall hazards

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided
• Must be able to lift 100lbs consistently, all day long
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to operate rock drills and construction equipment such as excavator, all terrain forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front-end loaders are a plus
• Prior concrete experience such as concrete finisher/form builder is a plus
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Any prior soil stabilization, grouting, or foundation mitigation experience is a plus
• A love for the outdoors is a must as you will be working in multiple climates all over the state of Colorado
• Must be able to pass a drug test
