Overview
We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance tasks, demonstrating mechanical knowledge, electrical expertise, and a commitment to customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our buildings and equipment while providing excellent support to our staff and clients.
This position is part time through the summer season helping a local Heating and Plumbing company through the busy season.
Hours will vary from 10-40 hours pending the work load.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal functioning.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repair schedules.
- Knowledge of Cooler start ups huge asset.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients regarding maintenance issues.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC system checks.
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Fabricate parts or components when necessary to complete repairs or improvements.
- Execute residential painting projects as required to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.

- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction with maintenance services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of facilities maintenance practices across various systems.
