We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to work at a local Salon. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Hours: 10am-3pm Wednesday-Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple team members
- Perform various clerical duties as directed
- Assist with office management tasks including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate computerized systems
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
