Part-Time Physician / Medical Director
We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Physician/Medical Director to provide on-site medical care at the Niagara County Jail in Lockport, NY.

The Opportunity
This part-time position offers a unique blend of primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, and addiction medicine, serving an underserved, diverse, and appreciative patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality medical care to inmates at the Niagara County Jail
- Collaborating with correctional healthcare staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintaining accurate medical records and reporting
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Specialty training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Correctional Medicine, and/or Urgent Care
- Licensure to practice medicine in New York State
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility
- Maintenance of current DEA number and eligibility to prescribe medications in New York state
- Maintenance of active BLS (CPR) certification
- Maintenance of current Driver's License
