Duties

- Provide physical support, including heavy lifting when necessary, to assist clients with mobility.
- Implement first aid measures as needed in emergency situations.
- Foster a respectful and supportive relationship with clients while promoting independence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior care, working with individuals with disabilities, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions is beneficial.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols is a plus.
- Ability to perform patient observation effectively and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining client care standards.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is advantageous.
