What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part time evening office cleaner 8pm to Midnight Monday-Friday position at Professional Cleaning Inc.?
NO HOLIDAYS! Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day OFF
5 Evening per week cleaning located in Seven Fields. Monday - Friday 8pm to Midnight No Weekends. Quick advancement if self starter.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and replenish supplies
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed in the building
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with coworkers and clients in a professional manner
