POSITION SUMMARY
Professional Coatings Corp. is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and manage relationships with clients. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, providing estimates for warm leads, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our stucco services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of sales leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Identify client needs and recommend the best stucco, siding, and masonry solutions.
- Provide on-site estimates and close deals through effective negotiation.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction from project initiation to completion.
- Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and competitive offerings.
- Maintain detailed sales reports including calls, deals closed, and client interactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, home improvement, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to generate leads and independently manage a sales pipeline.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A natural communicator who connects easily with others.
- Comfortable working on-site, climbing ladders, and conducting inspections.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting/driving.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
- At least two years of related experience required.

- Weekends as needed
