Duties
- Client Customer Service remote or in person onsite with the client.
- Recommend extra modules or services as needed
- Team Player
- Respect other employees and their ideas.
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Testing software and documenting
- Honest and accurate recording of time worked
- Understand and learn the client software for excellent customer service abilities.
Qualifications
- A two or four-year degree in business or accounting is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for adequate client support documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
