PCSI is looking for a Supply Clerk Lead at our Fort Knox location! The Supply Clerk Lead will assist G4 facility manager to oversee over 160 buildings including administrative offices, barracks, ranges, training areas, classrooms, and conference areas, directly responsible for the development, tracking and management of five contractor Supply Technicians, setting priorities and deadlines for assigned work, among other essential functions. This position will report to the Assistant Project Manager and is based out of our Fort Knox, Kentucky. Typical work hours will be Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A valid Kentucky State Driver's License is required for employment.

What You'll Do as Supply Clerk Lead:
- Assist G4 facility manager to oversee over 160 buildings including administrative offices, barracks, ranges, training areas, classrooms, and conference areas.
- Ensure all clerks use Safety procedures and practices throughout the day
- Directly responsible for the development, tracking and management of five contractor Supply Technicians, setting priorities and deadlines for assigned work.
- Coordinate maintenance work with occupants and technicians
- Schedule upcoming services
- Oversee administrative operations, office equipment, and supplies.
- Perform building inspections, submit maintenance work orders, property accountability, furnishing inventories, office layouts, and construction remodeling and renovation projects.
- Assist with monitoring contractor performance and prepare various statistical reports for management.
- Update slide on discrepancies throughout different missions for our NCOIC to use at briefs.
- Update Supervisor on any issues
- Perform all supply clerk duties as needed.
- Present Safety Meetings and receive signatures from all clerks and Production Control Clerk upon. completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years related experience with the ability to perform the assigned duties.
- Requires working knowledge of and operation of windows applications, to include MS Office.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- This is primarily a sedentary position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 20 pounds or less.
- Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.
- Must have the hand/eye coordination necessary to operate office business machines (calculator, phone, fax, copier, etc.) and a personal computer.
- Hearing and speech sufficient to verbally communicate in person and on the telephone.
- Mobility to frequently alternate between sitting, standing, and moving about the facilities.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and retain processes/procedures that apply to daily/weekly/monthly routines and requirements.
Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak the English language.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.
- Ability to be issued and maintain a CAC issued by the government.
- Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
- Possess valid KY State driver’s license and maintain good driving record.
- If required, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s).
