The position would have you providing supervision for programs that cover St. Clair and Sanilac Counties, for families whose children are impacted by neglect and/or abuse. You will provide staff with direct supervision, training, hire and onboard incoming employees, maintain case records, and participate in supervisory activities within the agency and in the community.

You will set some of your own schedule, combining in person and remote work. A Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services field is required along with a minimum of 2 year(s) of experience providing direct client services in the human services field. The ability to pass a background check is required, and you must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. Flexibility is essential, and organization with personal tasks is key. Pay range $19-22/hour depending on experience.
