Professional Counseling Center is currently seeking a full-time support staff to join our Family Preservation/Homebase team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing crucial assistance and resources to workers who are helping families in need. As a Family Preservation/Homebase Support Staff, you will work closely with our program workers to ensure their paperwork is completed correctly and entered into our electronic record systems. You will also be connecting our workers with helpful community resources. You will attend meetings and complete the necessary program data entry. Starting Pay for this position will be $14.50 per hour, pay negotiable with experience. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Availability for a full-time in-office position: Monday through Friday during regular business hours
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- Team player

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
