We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team in providing evidence-based behavioral health services to young children. As a BCaBA, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their personal and behavioral goals. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to design and implement behavioral interventions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide patient education and support to promote behavioral health and overall well-being.
  • Ensure all treatment sessions are conducted in a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Maintain ongoing training and professional development in behavioral health and patient care.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Experience working with children
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and medical records management.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
  • Ability to provide patient assessment and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Experience with inhaling or other breathing techniques (if applicable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in behavioral health, patient care, and medical records management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
