Job Overview
THIS IS A CONTRACT HYBRID POSITION! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/QBA/ NC LBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients in various settings. The BCBA will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral changes and improve the quality of life for those we serve.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and challenges.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations and applied behavior analysis principles.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress regularly.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/ QBA/ NC LBA is required.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care protocols.
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- A patient-centered approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
