Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing and developing behavior intervention plans tailored to the needs of children. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving developmental outcomes and supporting families in their journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavior changes.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for each child.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data collection and analysis.
- Provide training and support to staff on ABA principles and techniques.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of client information.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required (BCBA or QBA) Must be a NC Licensed Behavior Analyst
- Strong background in applied behavior analysis with experience working with children.
- Excellent diagnostic evaluation skills and ability to assess patient needs effectively.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate effectively with families.
