Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide reliable and responsive desk-side and field support across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in end-user support, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Level 1 and 2 technical support to internal users for endpoint devices and software applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using ServiceNow for incident tracking and documentation
- Support end users on-site and remotely, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support following established escalation procedures
- Configure, deploy, and support PC hardware, desk phones, mobile devices, and office applications
- Install business applications and rebuild workstations/laptops using standard imaging processes
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including HR-related IT support
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer and peripheral device issues
- Adhere to established IT procedures and contribute to documentation and knowledge management
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve multi-disciplinary incidents
- Participate in on-call rotation every 2–3 weeks
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in desk-side/end-user IT support; field support experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Windows environments, endpoint device management, and application deployment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between supported sites
