Location Options:
Northern Colorado (NOCO) – Based in Fort Collins, projects stay north to Cheyenne
Denver Metro – Based near Golden, with projects occasionally in the mountains (but home every night)
Compensation: $100,000 – $145,000 DOE Vehicle Allowance
Start Date: In 3 months — you'll be “tucked in” with an experienced Superintendent while waiting for your project to kick off.

About the Role:
We’re hiring two experienced Project Managers who are passionate about building smarter, safer healthcare and general construction projects. You’ll manage financials, lead teams, collaborate with owners and subs, and drive success from preconstruction through closeout. These roles are perfect for forward-thinking professionals who value mentorship, long-term growth, and being home for dinner.
Must-Have Experience:
- Healthcare Construction – Ground-Up Lead (Examples: surgical centers, medical office buildings, NICUs, urgent care, or small hospital overhauls — typically under $15M in partnership with UCH)
- 5 Years of Construction Project Management
Proficiency in:
- Scope inclusions/exclusions
- Financial forecasting
- Contract accountability with owners & subcontractors
Nice to Have:
✨ Experience in occupied renovations
✨ History of mentorship or team leadership – or a natural mentor mindset (a core value here!)
Responsibilities:
- Own your project from precon handoff to closeout
- Forecast project financials and cash flow
- Manage billing, pay apps, and buyout
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor relationships
- Negotiate and manage change orders
- Collaborate closely with field teams and Superintendents
- Uphold safety standards and ensure timely closeouts
- Mentor up-and-coming talent and contribute to a positive, solution-oriented culture
