- Manage project scope, cost, and schedule to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence ">
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop proposals and establish budgets ">
- Assemble project teams, obtain approvals, and manage resource allocation ">
- Provide direction to project teams to maintain schedules and ensure quality control processes are followed ">
- Identify and communicate risks to internal stakeholders and diplomatically navigate risk management with clients and project teams ">
- Communicate effectively with project teams, Market VP, and other internal stakeholders to accomplish project goals ">
Skills and Qualifications
">A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited university is required. A minimum of two years of experience as a discipline/task lead is required, with two years of project management or related experience preferred. Five years of experience in engineering design is also preferred.
